Frequently asked questions about our services
We have 24 hours key drop off in the back of the shop. You can leave your vehicle in our rear parking and leave the keys in the key drop off. Please call during the work hours with details about your vehicle and contact information.
Every transmission repair case is unique and the cost depends on the amount of damage that we can only determine upon unit inspection. As we do not want to promise unrealistic low price just to bring you in, we do not give transmission repair quote over the phone.
While booking an appointment will ensure that we are expecting you and will assist you quickly, we welcome all customers, including walk-ins.
Road test and computer diagnostics, i.e. when error messages are checked with a scanner, are free for all customers.
If the problem is more complex and cannot be identified by these means, thus requiring a hoist inspection, we will charge an equivalent of 30-min work for it. This can include, but is not limited to, identifying a source of leaks and vibrations.
